Port Book and News will have the honor of hosting author John Vaillant for the first U.S. reading of his newest book Fire Weather: A True Story from a Hotter World on June 5, 2023.
As many of you know John is the author of three previous incredible books, The Golden Spruce, The Tiger, and Jaguars Children. Alan thought this book is just as exceptional as those. Who would think that global warming and its impact on Forest Fires could be so chilling.
