SY MONTGOMERY -- THE SOUL OF AN OCTOPUS

Sy Montgomery will read from her remarkable and amazingly successful book Soul of an Octopus: A Surprising Exploration into the Wonder of Consciousness. Naturalist Montgomery explores the emotional and physical world of octopus and the uncanny connections they can make with people. At times funny, entertaining, touching and profound, Soul of an Octopus reveals what octopus can teach us about the meeting of two very different minds. Many of our readers have call this book “life changing.”

Sy Montgomery is the author of twenty acclaimed books of non-fiction for adults and children. She has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Humane Society.
